Shipping Policy

We currently ship within South Africa. International shipping is available on request - 
email hello@deadpan.co.za before placing your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING - SOUTH AFRICA

We offer two delivery options at checkout:

Pargo Pickup Points
Collect your order from over 4,000 Pargo pickup points nationwide - 
Clicks, Checkers, and other participating stores. 
Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
This is the most affordable delivery option.

Home Delivery
Door-to-door delivery via The Courier Guy or Fastway.
Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and 
chosen delivery method.

PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

In-stock orders (sizes M, L, XL, 2XL) are processed and dispatched 
within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Backorder sizes (S, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL) have a production lead time of 
approximately 2–3 weeks before dispatch. You will receive a 
confirmation email when your order is dispatched.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has 
been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping at checkout.
If you're outside South Africa and want to place an order, 
email us at hello@deadpan.co.za before purchasing. 
We'll confirm availability, shipping costs, and estimated 
delivery time for your country.

International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. 
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility 
of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
